Admissions and Marketing Director

Manage customer flow, admissions processes, and the marketing program for the community. Guide the marketing strategy to ensure strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction while maximizing community profitability and census goals. Cultivate professional relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community resources to generate referrals, and coordinate tours, insurance verifications, and pre-certifications. Facilitate admissions decisions and execute community outreach activities such as health fairs and caregiver support groups. Provide extraordinary customer service to external and internal stakeholders. Full-time day shifts available with a wage of $32.00-$36.00 per hour. Minimum of three years' healthcare experience required.
