Admissions Advisor - LATAM Focus

Job Summary
Admissions Advisor focused on LATAM recruitment and admissions support for domestic and international students. Responsibilities include actively recruiting LATAM students, assessing candidate files against admission criteria and quotas, conducting program information sessions by phone/email/in person, following up with candidates, and representing the College at events. Role requires knowledge of college programs, CRM usage, and strong customer service and communication skills in both Spanish and English. Travel to recruitment events and collaboration with program managers to evaluate candidate files are also expected.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in Administration, Sales & Marketing, Communication, or Business
- Minimum of one year of experience in consulting or sales
- Previous experience in admissions or student recruitment is strongly preferred
- Background in business development within financial institutions, wealth management, or immigration firms is an advantage
- Fluency in the Spanish & English is a strong asset
