Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students by providing enrollment guidance, conducting one-on-one advising sessions to assess educational goals, and delivering presentations to groups via Zoom or in person. Recruit new students through college fairs, campus tours, and community outreach while collaborating with faculty to ensure smooth program transitions. Maintain accurate student records using CRM software and utilize effective public speaking and sales skills to connect with parents and educators. This bilingual role requires fluency in Spanish and English, video communication proficiency, and the ability to role-play daily within an 8-hour full-time schedule including weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills, including authentic and sincere communication
- Effective sales skills and ability to connect with people
- Exceptional voice and personality
- Open to continuous training, personal growth, and development
- Comfortable with communicating via live and recorded video or be open to receive training to become effective with video communication
