Admissions Adviser responsible for contacting course enquirers and graduates to discuss course options and enrolment procedures to maximise enrolments across natural health and creative arts courses. Build rapport through consultative conversations, provide personalised advice on study requirements, fees, and enrolment pathways, and maintain accurate CRM records while collaborating with internal teams to support student enquiries and enrolment activities. The role focuses on driving enrolment completion, achieving KPIs, delivering an exceptional enrolment journey, and leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert leads and deliver student-focused solutions. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in a sales, customer engagement, or target-driven environment with strong results orientation and time-management abilities.
