Admission Specialist - Family First Adolescent Services

Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms while conducting initial screenings and gathering clinical and demographic information. Educate families and referral partners on programs, services, and admissions criteria, then coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure appropriate placement. Verify insurance benefits, communicate financial obligations clearly, and maintain accurate records in CRM/EMR systems. Provide ongoing support and follow-up throughout the admissions process while building and maintaining relationships with referral sources. This role operates within a trauma-informed, evidence-based behavioral health treatment center serving adolescent boys in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
