Job Summary
Admissions Sales Director at Indian Creek Healthcare Center in Corydon, IN develops and maintains referral relationships in the community to meet and exceed census goals for the facility. The role focuses on professional healthcare sales development, community marketing, pre-admission and admission procedures, and collaboration with Central Intake to process referrals. Responsibilities include tours and follow-ups, developing a strategic sales plan, and coordinating with the team on pre-admission activities and community events, while delivering strong customer service and effective communication. Strong background in healthcare admissions, marketing in long-term care, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance are required.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Previous experience as marketing / admissions in health care required
- Long Term Care experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience with medicare, medicaid and private insurance
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable transportation a must
- Flexibility with days and time needed
- Able to work independently with a pleasant personality
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspect of the job
- Must possess basic computer skills
