Job Summary
Admissions Sales Director responsibilities include developing and maintaining referral relationships in the community, converting referrals to meet and exceed census goals, professional healthcare partnerships, community marketing, pre-admission and admission procedures, and collaborating with Central Intake to process referrals. The role requires managing tours and follow-ups, developing a strategic sales plan, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering customer service to residents, families, and partners in a post-acute healthcare setting. Ideal candidate has healthcare admissions marketing experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/private insurance, and ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent
- Previous experience as marketing / admissions in health care required
- Long Term Care experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience with medicare, medicaid and private insurance
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable transportation a must
- Flexibility with days and time needed
- Able to work independently with a pleasant personality
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspect of the job
- Must possess basic computer skills
