Admission RN - Part Time (.6 FTE) 1:30pm-2:00am

The RN Admission role provides direct professional nursing care to inpatient and residential patients within the ARC admissions process. Responsibilities include presenting patients to physicians for admission, performing clinical assessment, gathering and entering patient information into the EMR, entering admission orders, developing and initiating the care plan, and ensuring efficient admissions while collaborating with external referral sources and facility staff. The role requires therapeutic communication, empathy, de-escalation skills, confidentiality, and commitment to family-centered care, with an emphasis on safety and high-quality customer service. Shift involves 1:30pm-2:00am with every-third-weekend obligation; part-time (.6 FTE) totaling 24 hours per week; located in Mason, OH.
