Admission RN - Full Time (.9 FTE) 1:30pm-2:00am

Admission RN forARC admissions processes and provides direct professional nursing care to inpatient and residential patients. Responsible for assessing physical, social, and emotional needs; collecting and entering patient information into the EMR; initiating admission orders and care plans; and delivering exceptional customer service while collaborating with external referral sources. Demonstrates therapeutic communication, empathy, de-escalation skills, and ability to assess risk of aggressive behavior. Requires knowledge to care for patients across age ranges in psychiatric care. Includes handling admissions efficiently and maintaining patient confidentiality and professional conduct. CPR certification and Ohio RN licensure are required; PMH Nursing certification is preferred.
