Job Summary
Admissions Registered Nurse for BAYADA Home Health in DE who will perform home visits to adult patients, follow a designated care plan, administer medications, provide wound care, monitor client conditions, document and report changes, execute and document doctors’ orders, conduct client assessments, and coordinate case management using an EMR.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in DE
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (as indicated by school transcript or diploma)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
