Job Summary
Admission Navigator in an on-site behavioral health clinic: provide exceptional customer service while performing a broad range of clinical support duties, educate clients on healthcare options, verify insurance, register clients in EMR, handle paperwork, document results in the EMR, utilize DocuSign, and assist clients and families through the care process; requires strong communication, ability to discuss care options, and experience in customer service. Bilingual/bi-cultural and healthcare-related customer service experience are preferred. Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred. Office software proficiency and good written/spoken communication are essential; role includes duties around informing clients of their rights and coordinating care within a diverse, inclusive environment.
