Job Summary
Admission Liaison serves as the face of SRAlab and its alliance partner, building relationships with referral sources (physicians, discharge planners, case managers) to facilitate admission from referrals, educate families/patients on rehabilitation options, and expand market opportunities. Responsibilities include assessing admission appropriateness, transferring medical information to inpatient/DayRehab teams, educating referral sources and families, managing referral relationships, delivering presentations and in-services, maintaining knowledge of the regional rehabilitation market, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and supporting budget and reporting duties. Requires clinical licensure in the assigned state, 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and proficiency with EMRs; BSN preferred for RN role.
Required Qualifications
- Current license in the state of the assigned territory (e.g., IL, MI) required; BSN preferred for RNs
- 3 to 5 years of clinical experience with strong clinical assessment skills
- Demonstrated sales aptitude and history of exceeding sales expectations preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinicians
- Experience with electronic medical records and professional presentations
- Self-directed with ability to work from a home office if applicable
- Demonstrated understanding of rehabilitation programs and referral processes
