Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (to be conferred by start date) or comparable level of experience and education
- General knowledge of college and university programs, majors, admission requirements and processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills: Internet browsers, social media platforms, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to diverse populations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member with strong interpersonal skills
- Prior admission or related professional experience (2+ years) for Assistant Dean level preferred
- Fluency in a foreign language and/or experience abroad (preferred)
- Willingness to travel for recruitment and events (including evenings and weekends)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel including occasional overnight travel
