Job Summary
Lead territory-based recruitment through high school visits, college fairs, and campus events while managing a caseload of prospective students. Interview new applicants, provide career advisement, and guide them through the full admissions process, including financial aid and scholarship options. Cultivate relationships with counselors, community partners, and external organizations to promote enrollment. Represent the college at public engagements and work closely with academic departments, the Recruitment Coordinator, and Campus Directors to ensure smooth academic handoffs. Use CRM/SIS systems to track and document communications using the provided contact strategy. Requires frequent travel within assigned territory and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license or mode of transport

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in student recruitment, enrollment, and/or retention initiatives in a post‐secondary setting preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Associate degree with four (4) years of relevant experience
- any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Knowledge of higher education student services, including admissions and registration procedures, preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and student information platforms preferred
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with students and provide accurate and sound academic and career advice
- Strong communication, organizational, technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Skilled in handling confidential records with discretion
