Job Summary
Counsel prospective students and families by delivering presentations, executing recruiting events, and analyzing data to help them navigate life-changing decisions. Act as Territory Manager for an assigned US region, meeting weekly goals for completed contacts while responding to inquiries across domestic time zones. Review applications for admission and scholarships, conduct follow-ups at convenient times, and provide hospitality to build lasting connections with prospective students, families, and school counseling staff. Collaborate with colleagues to support division-wide enrollment initiatives including event planning, program management, and communication flow. Travel throughout your assigned territory to represent Illinois College at schools and community events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- valid driver's license
- evidence of insurability
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds
- reach above shoulders
- bend at the waist
- stand for extended periods of time
- seasonal travel within an assigned territory
- occasional evening and weekend recruitment events
