Job Summary
Guide prospective students through the admission process for NEET and JEE Main coaching programs by providing program details, collecting documents, and ensuring smooth enrollment. Initiate outreach via cold calling to potential students and parents, effectively communicating program benefits and addressing inquiries. Engage with enrolled students to understand academic goals, provide personalized counseling for study plans, and offer guidance on study skills, time management, and stress management. Coordinate with admissions teams and faculty to address student needs, maintain accurate records of sessions and follow-ups, and assist in organizing orientation sessions and workshops for new students.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field
- Previous experience in admission counselling and student admissions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence and effectiveness in cold calling and outreach activities
- Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to student success
- Proficiency in documentation and use of relevant software (Ms Excel)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the education sector and competitive exam coaching is a plus
