Admission Concierge

Oversee all admissions from pre-admission to discharge and perform customer service rounds within the first 24 hours of a patient stay to ensure satisfaction. Communicate patient-specific needs, room readiness, and follow-up to the marketing and health center teams to create a seamless admissions experience. Report progress to center leadership throughout the patient's duration of stay. This role requires strong clinical skills and long-term care experience, offering flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
