Admission Concierge

Oversee all admissions from pre-admission to discharge and perform customer service rounds within the first 24 hours of a patient stay. Ensure patient satisfaction by reporting back to center leadership throughout the patient's duration of stay. Collaborate with marketing and health center teams to create a seamless admissions experience, including communicating patient-specific needs, managing room readiness, and handling hospitalized patient follow-up and return. Requires strong clinical skills, a caring approach to patient care, and long-term care experience preferred.
