Job Summary
Organize and maintain all contracts, NDAs, and legal documents while ensuring they are signed, properly stored, and easily accessible. Prepare and track invoices, collect supporting documents for accounting, and keep clear records of invoice status. Monitor data quality in internal CRM and ERP systems, fix inconsistencies, and remind team members to update missing or incorrect records. Track onboarding document completion, maintain admin checklists, and answer basic administrative questions from team members. This focus role requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy over speed, and the discipline to work carefully with documents and data for long periods in a remote setting.
