Job Summary
Coordinate the district’s Use of Facilities program for schools and district properties, serving as the primary contact for community organizations and external users seeking access to facilities; administer the FMX facility management system including calendars, workflows, and documentation; review facility use applications for completeness and compliance with policies and procedures; approve or deny routine requests and escalate exceptions; coordinate with principals, athletics staff, custodial personnel, and district departments; prepare facility rental estimates, invoices, and related correspondence; coordinate with Finance for payment processing, deposits, and revenue tracking; monitor insurance certificates, permits, licenses, and supporting documentation; respond to inquiries about availability, fees, and procedures; prepare utilization and program performance reports; identify scheduling conflicts and work to resolve issues; maintain accurate records and support documentation; assist with online payment system implementation and process improvements; foster positive working relationships with school administrators, district staff, community organizations, vendors, and facility users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Sports Management, Education Administration, Communications, or a related field and some experience in administrative support, customer service, event coordination, facilities scheduling, finance, or a related area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
