Job Summary
Provide general administrative support on-site, manage data entry and records, generate routine reports in Google Workspace, cover site departments (including weighbridge), manage packaging-waste bookings in site systems, coordinate with customers and set up jobs in Salesforce, process and consolidate invoices and respond to invoice queries, prepare quotations for bulk sampling, raise/receive purchase orders, and demonstrate strong attention to detail with experience maintaining systems, records, and documentation; proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce, familiarity with payroll/purchasing/invoicing, and basic accounting knowledge; on-site administrative responsibilities across multiple site functions.
