Job Summary
Administrator - TPL Sales & Operations Team: Leads the Sales Operations function for the TPL unit, aligning Sales, Operations, Finance, and Corporate to drive revenue growth and operational stability. Responsible for contract management, pricing control, settlement governance, KPI performance, and supporting strategic key accounts. Key activities include RFQ/RFP response support, pricing validation, margin structure review, revenue and gross profit monitoring, contract validation, and standardizing the Sales-to-Operation handover process. Oversees a high-volume, high-risk accounts portfolio, coordinates cross-functional issue resolution, and supports training and onboarding of new hires. Requires strong MS Excel/Office skills, communication, problem-solving, and detail orientation with 4+ years in logistics/supply chain roles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 4 Years of Direct Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service Required
- 5 - 7 Years of Direct Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management Preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required
- Intermediate-level of MS Excel Required
- Problem-solving and critical thinking ability Required
- Detail oriented Required
- Experience with MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint Required
- Self-starter that can operate under minimal supervision Required
