Job Summary
The TPL Sales and Operations Team Administrator leads the Sales Operations function within the TPL business unit, ensuring alignment between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Corporate teams to drive revenue growth, margin control, and operational stability. Responsibilities include supporting RFQ/RFP responses, pricing validation, margin structure reviews, monitoring revenue and gross profit performance by account, contract and compliance management, maintaining contract databases and renewal schedules, ensuring pricing and scope alignment with operational execution, and coordinating with IT/System teams for system improvements. Oversees high-volume/high-risk accounts, coordinates issue resolution across Operations, W&D, and Finance, and supports training/onboarding of new hires. Requires strong communication skills, advanced MS Excel, problem-solving, attention to detail, and experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Supply Chain Management. Education of High School Diploma/G.E.D required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. 4 years of direct logistics experience required; 5-7 years preferred. Location: Duluth, GA office (onsite).
