Job Summary
Organised Exams Administrator role supporting the exams team in a busy education environment. Responsibilities include providing general administrative support, processing exam entries and results, handling enquiries, coordinating examination sessions, and maintaining confidential records. Requires driving licence and access to a car, Level 2 English/Maths, DBS check (or willingness to obtain), and proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior exam-administration experience is desirable. The position is temporary (minimum 3 months) and based in Gloucester with a 30–37 hour workweek.
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative/office-based experience
- Exam administration experience desirable but not essential
- Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Driving licence and access to a car
- DBS check (ideally on the update service) or willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
