Job Summary
Oversee daily center operations at The Learning Experience to ensure smooth workflow and licensing compliance; manage enrollment, records, and health forms; supervise staff, coordinate hiring/onboarding and training; maintain front-desk communications with parents; ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date; coordinate inspections, safety audits, and licensing visits; assist with budget, inventory, and program scheduling; support teachers with curriculum planning and behavior guidance while fostering a positive, compliant, child-centered environment.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Texas Childcare Licensing Minimum Standards (or applicable state regulations)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in childcare software and Microsoft Office Suite
- CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in childcare administration or center management
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (preferred)
- High school diploma/GED with ECE certification (required)
