Administrator

Direct the day-to-day functions of the skilled nursing facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to ensure the highest degree of quality care for residents. Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate facility programs while assisting department directors with policy implementation and professional standards. Ensure all personnel receive timely training on protected health information management and enforce safety regulations including fire protection, infection control, and smoking policies. Authorize major equipment purchases and conduct supervisory training programs. Requires a Bachelor's degree, minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital or nursing facility, and a current Nursing Home Administrator's license.
