Job Summary
SIPP Administrator in Leeds responsible for handling complex administrative requests within the SIPP and FP admin teams, producing management information (including KPI and risk indicators) for relevant committee audiences, applying Lean 4+1 habits, driving continuous improvement for efficiency and CX/Ux, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of IT systems, and training team members. Maintains up-to-date procedures and escalates/resolves CASS issues as needed; requires strong Microsoft Office skills, exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities, and an emphasis on delivering service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grade A-C/5-9) including Maths & English
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Fast and accurate keyboard skills
- High level of accuracy and concentration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
