Job Summary
Oversees location leadership and management, ensures regulatory and organizational compliance, directs and coordinates work, financial and operational stability, and demonstrates leadership. Creates and maintains a culture of safety, leads infection prevention and control activities, ensures a quality assurance performance improvement (QAPI) program, and protects resident rights. Communicates changes and concerns to residents, families and staff; holds self and team accountable for regulatory compliance, budget adherence, and staff/client engagement. Manages documentation, HIPAA compliance, and staff development while directing projects and maintaining clear, concise communication; focuses on staff satisfaction, safety, and ongoing quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing or related field preferred
- Five years' experience in senior living or assisted living setting
- A current Nursing Home Administrator license or certification may be required by the state of practice
