Job Summary
Entry-level Records Center Warehouse Administrator role based in Albertville, AL, focused on storage, retrieval, inventory, and digitization of paper and electronic records. Responsibilities include shelving and locating records, picking up and delivering records to internal customers, logging incoming boxes from carriers, scanning and tracking locations with handheld devices, fulfilling customer requests, and safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and order pickers (preferred). Provides data entry and indexing support, scans documents for customer requests, and manages records in Records Retention/Content Management software. Must meet physical requirements (ability to lift 30-70 pounds, work at heights up to 24 feet), have strong communication and attention to detail, and be able to comply with drug screening and confidentiality agreements. This is an in-person, first-shift role at Tyson Foods’ Records Center in Albertville, AL, with opportunities to interact with multiple internal departments and facilities and to contribute to compliant records management processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- Physically able to lift 30-70 pounds and work up to heights 24 feet
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Background checks may be required
