Job Summary
The Regional Administrator will lead agency operations for a Medicare certified/private CHAP accredited home health agency, ensuring compliance with regulations and the quality of care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- Five years' experience in a senior administrative position
- Five or more years of supervisory experience
- At least three years leadership experience
- At least five years of Home Care experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong business acumen
- Experience working with financial statements
- Ability to provide clinical oversight
- Proven skills in team building and leadership
- Financial management of budgets greater than $10,000,000
- Working knowledge of Medicare COP's and State licensing regulations
- In-depth knowledge of reimbursement standards and managed care contracts
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Working knowledge of electronic data processing systems and office computer software
