Job Summary
First point of contact for general HR matters for employees and managers, answering inquiries via ticket system and telephone. Manages HRIS entries in Workday and Sage; processes benefit applications and enrollments; digitally files employee documents; creates certificates and references; maintains accurate records of communications and follows up as needed. Responsible for creating and evaluating reports, conducting demos or information sessions for employees/managers, and updating personnel data in Workday and local systems. Supports implementation and anchoring of global HR processes in performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and total rewards; collaborates with HR business partners across locations and HR Operations on organizational and labor law changes. Requires completed training or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and experience in HR administration, personnel administration, talent acquisition & development, or similar. Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; proficient in MS Office; experienced with HRIS software, preferably Workday and ServiceNow. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments. Hybrid working model offered in Berlin offices.
Required Qualifications
- Completed training or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
