Administrator Payroll (12 Month Contract)

Job Summary
Process employee master data, execute exception reports, and troubleshoot issues within Kronos, SAP HR, and Success Factors while maintaining strict data accuracy. Deliver payroll customer service to HR Business Partners, Franchise Operators, and employees by responding to inquiries, resolving payroll errors, and distributing tax statements. Coordinate with CRA and Service Canada, scan required documents, and assist with special projects to streamline processes. Maintain documentation and train co-workers to support continual departmental improvement. This 12-month contract role is based in Stellarton with a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree or a College Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Thorough knowledge of Canadian Payroll regulations
- Experience with SAP HR System
- Experience with Dayforce
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong customer service orientation and work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to be discreet and sensitive to confidential information
- Able to handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently
- Legal ability to work in the position
