Job Summary
Administrator on Duty for the Residential Center for Healing & Resilience, overseeing safety, security, and the effective functioning of the campus during the overnight shift. Serves as primary contact with program management in non-routine or emergency situations, directs staff and facility resources, reviews staffing to ensure presence at posts, and ensures appropriate incident reports and remedial actions. Position works Saturdays from 10:45pm to 7:00am, located in Caldwell, Idaho; requires 25+ age, valid Idaho driver’s license within 15 days, and HS diploma or equivalent. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree; knowledge of ID and DHW safety/security related to PRTF operations. Benefits include medical/dental, 401(k) match, PTO, employee discounts, and PSLF eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 25 years of age
- Must have a valid Idaho driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
- High School diploma or equivalent
