Job Summary
Oversee safety, operations, and staff scheduling as Administrator on Duty for a Residential Treatment Center overnight shift; monitors program standards (OCFS, OPWDD, CSE, HIPAA); responds to divisional needs; ensures regulatory staffing standards; assigns staff; coordinates with Quality Assurance and departments; conducts briefings; completes month-end paperwork; ensures quarterly fire drills; adheres to union contracts; duties may expand with business needs; requires strong communication, time-management, problem-solving, and ability to lift 25 pounds; valid driver's license with clean MVR; TC I certification; experience in supervisory role and working with youth programs.
