Job Summary

Oversee daily operations of the long-term care facility, including clinical, administrative, and facility management. Develop policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance while leading a team of nurses, caregivers, and administrative staff. Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care by monitoring care plans and addressing resident and family concerns. Manage the facility's budget, control expenses, and oversee billing, collections, and financial reporting. Stay current with state and federal regulations, prepare for inspections, and maintain accurate records of operations. Serve as the primary community representative, building relationships with families, providers, and stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Nursing, five years of healthcare management experience, and a valid Nursing Home Administrator license. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role within a long-term care facility
  • Valid Nursing Home Administrator license
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
