Job Summary
Lead and direct the overall operation of the nursing home facility, including administrative, financial, clinical, and personnel management. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing home operations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote resident safety, health, and well-being. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff members, including nurses, caregivers, administrative personnel, and support staff. Collaborate with medical professionals, families, and community resources to provide comprehensive care and support to residents. Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. Requires current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in Illinois, a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business management, and minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care setting.
