Job Summary
Administrative role providing administrative and operational support in a fast-paced professional environment. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, onboarding/offboarding, purchasing, access requests, timekeeping, planning meetings and events, preparing presentations and reports, maintaining records, tracking projects and deadlines, delivering exceptional internal/external stakeholder support, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requires Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience and 1–4 years in administrative/office support; proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Jira, Confluence or similar platforms; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information and lift up to 20 pounds. Driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–4 years of administrative, operations, or office support experience
- Experience supporting leadership teams in a professional environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business applications such as Zoom, Slack, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
