Job Summary
Lead and manage the Long Term Care location, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational and financial stability, and delivery of resident-centered care. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, ensuring HIPAA and QAPI compliance, coordinating infection prevention and control, maintaining safety culture, overseeing documentation and reporting, communicating effectively with residents, families and staff, and driving quality improvement initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration (or related field) and licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the applicable state; prior leadership experience in a healthcare/long-term care setting strongly preferred.
