Job Summary
Senior-level facility leadership role overseeing operations of a 120-bed skilled nursing campus with adjacent assisted living, focusing on occupancy 100% sync, high-quality resident outcomes, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, and community leadership. Lead an interdisciplinary team, drive census and financial performance, ensure compliance with CMS and OBRA requirements, engage with residents families and community, and guide the transition to a new state-of-the-art facility while preparing for regional leadership opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in the state
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration preferred
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility (preferred)
- Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care guidelines
