Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations while supervising all department managers. Deliver integrated clinical services aligned with business plans, meeting quality, clinical, and financial productivity objectives. Facilitate resolution of resident care issues and maintain premier customer service for residents, families, and community stakeholders. Implement the company's philosophy of care and maintain positive relationships with physicians, consultants, and governmental agencies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing home administration, two years of LTC/SNF experience, and current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing home administration or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
