Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day facility operations to meet State and Federal regulations while supervising department managers and ensuring compliance. Deliver clinical services integrated with business plans, meeting quality, clinical, and utilization standards alongside financial productivity objectives. Facilitate resolution of resident care issues while maintaining premier customer service. Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, governmental agencies, and the community. Implement the company philosophy of care and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal guidelines. Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing home administration, two years of LTC/SNF experience, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing home administration or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting
