Job Summary
Drive strong EBITDAR performance through disciplined revenue management, cost control, and labor optimization while championing a service-excellence culture for residents, families, and staff. Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and implement corrective actions, then build and lead a high-performing management team aligned to facility outcomes. Ensure rapid, seamless admissions and drive census growth through strategic marketing and hospital/ACO engagement, while maintaining a proactive risk-management posture through strong systems oversight. Achieve positive survey outcomes through proactive oversight of readiness and timely execution of Plans of Correction, and oversee interdisciplinary collaboration for timely discharge planning and strong care transitions. Represent the facility at community events to support brand visibility and referral growth.
Required Qualifications
