Job Summary
Role involves resolving, maintaining, and managing a client’s software/hardware/network according to SLAs, ensuring timely ticket responses, solutioning service requests, acting as custodian of client infrastructure, tracking tickets end-to-end, performing root-cause analysis with action plans, providing high-priority incident resolution, installing/configuring software and hardware per requests, ensuring adherence to timelines with zero escalations, managing user access, backing up data/logs, coordinating with on-site teams for complex problems, reviewing logs collected by chat bots to ensure timely resolution, and delivering 100% SLA adherence with no customer escalations.
