Job Summary
Lead the contract and procurement lifecycle for the organization: prepare, review, and negotiate standard contracts and vendor agreements (including NDAs, subcontracts, and teaming agreements), identify contract requirements and terms for flow-down to subcontractors and vendors, authorize work per contractual requirements, generate and negotiate change orders, resolve issues with customers and vendors, and disseminate contract status and compliance information internally. Support proposal activities (scheduling, pricing, and meetings), maintain procurement policies and compliant files, and collaborate with program managers, finance, and customers. Maintain an organized, centralized filing system for contracts and related documents, ensuring EPL/denied party checks on vendors, and uphold professional communication in all interactions. Demonstrate advanced experience in federal contracts and negotiations, and contribute to procurement and contract administration across the organization.
