Job Summary
Support the global rollout of HR software "Workday" across the Plansee Group by configuring the system with corresponding documentation and designing digital processes. Monitor and optimize daily operations, resolve errors, and develop sustainable solutions while handling second-level support tickets in the Jira ticketing system. Deliver training sessions for various end-user groups. This role requires several years of HRIS or IT experience, strong problem-solving skills, and bilingual proficiency in German and English. Based in Reutte, Austria, with a flexible schedule allowing for partial remote work, the position offers a competitive salary of €45,738 annually on a full-time basis.
