Job Summary
Manage daily operations of a skilled nursing and long-term care facility while overseeing regulatory compliance, state/federal survey preparation, and quality assurance. Lead human resources, staffing, and employee engagement initiatives alongside financial management, budgeting, and census development for admissions and marketing. Drive resident care and customer satisfaction programs under one-on-one mentorship from experienced healthcare leaders. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (or currently enrolled in an approved AIT program)
- Desire to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
