Job Summary
Administrators in Training (AITs) or Licensed Nursing Home Administrators to join our team in the Tulsa, OK area. You'll gain hands-on experience working with licensed preceptors and facility leaders while pursuing licensure, or provide operational leadership and support as an NHA. You will strengthen expertise in facility operations, financial management, business planning and management, compliance and regulatory management, quality improvement, marketing and census development, team leadership and staff development, and community relationship building. The role includes mentorship from experienced administrators and career growth within a 100% employee-owned organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Current Oklahoma AIT student OR current Oklahoma Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
