Job Summary
Manage the internal Helpdesk for Windows clients and Android devices, handling hardware setup, issuance, and return. Configure and maintain Windows clients, Linux servers (Debian, Samba), virtualization environments, and Android applications while troubleshooting peripheral issues. Utilize knowledge of Libre Office, Word, Excel, and hardware to support daily operations, with an option to develop Bash scripts or AutoIT programs. Requires an IT System Electronics or Fachinformatiker qualification, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach to adapting to new technical areas.
