Job Summary
Administrator role in Operations – Fees at Rathbones in Liverpool to deliver service excellence, manage management fees, client invoices and IFA statements, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include upholding SLAs, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of IT systems, maintaining data governance and quality, applying Lean methods (4+1 habits), and building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and a client-service focus, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
