Job Summary
Administrator (Solutions Hub Team Member) at Ward Security HQ responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, processing invoices and purchase orders, generating daily/weekly/monthly reports, maintaining records in HubSpot and Servicetrac, supporting renewals and invoicing, handling customer enquiries, and identifying opportunities to promote additional security solutions while ensuring compliance with procedures and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- High level of IT literacy and accuracy when working with systems and databases
